3. Services Provided

Adious rents high-quality audio guide devices to professional tour operators and independent guides in and around Paris. Rentals are available for single-day or multi-day use and must be reserved in advance via our website or direct contact.

4. Eligibility

Our services are available to:

Registered businesses and licensed tour guides
Individuals over the age of 18
Users who agree to be responsible for the proper use and return of rented equipment

5. Booking & Payment

All rentals must be booked in advance through www.audiousfrance.com or via email.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment via major credit cards.

6. Rental Terms

Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Any damage, loss, or theft of devices during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter.
A security deposit may be required for certain bookings.
Late returns may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

More than 24 hours before rental: Full refund
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure proper handling and use of audio guide devices.
Return all equipment on time and in good condition.
Immediately notify Audious of any device malfunction, loss, or damage.

9. Limitation of Liability

Audious is not liable for:

Any delays or disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, transport issues).
Consequential or indirect damages resulting from the use or failure of the rented equipment.

Our total liability shall not exceed the rental fee paid.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Audious and may not be copied or reused without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your data.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris.
