At Audious, we understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel their bookings and request a refund.

By booking a rental with us, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation Terms

✅ Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before Rental Start

You may cancel your reservation free of charge.
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

❌ Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Rental Start

No refund will be provided.
This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or confirmed by phone to be valid.

4. Late Returns & Unused Rentals

Refunds are not available for rentals returned early or devices that go unused during the rental period.
Late returns may be subject to additional fees as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Exceptions

Adious reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of verified emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at our sole discretion.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
