Delivery & Meeting Point Policy

At Audious, we do not ship physical products. Instead, we offer in-person service delivery—this includes meeting our clients at agreed locations before tours and providing assistance at the end points afterward.

We charge a €1 delivery and pick-up fee per audio guide, which ensures that our team arrives on time and ready to provide a smooth start and finish to your experience.

Meeting Point and Pick-Up Procedures

  • Our delivery team will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time at the designated meeting point.

  • At the end of the tour, we will also arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled end time at the drop-off location.

  • The delivery team will be easily identifiable by [e.g., “an Audious shirt or badge”] and will be ready to greet you.

Delivery Fee

A €1 fee per audio guide covers both the delivery to the meeting point and the pick-up from the end point. This fee is automatically included in your total booking price unless otherwise specified.

In Case of Guide Delays or No-Shows

We strive for punctuality and professionalism in all services. However, if unforeseen circumstances delay our arrival, we will take the following steps:

  • If a delivery team member is running late, we will notify you immediately by phone or email.

  • If the guide is delayed by more than 15 minutes, you will be eligible for:

    • A partial refund, or

    • A rescheduling option free of charge (subject to availability)

If for any reason a delivery team member fails to arrive and no service is provided:

  • You will receive a full refund of all charges, including the delivery fee.

  • We will offer a voucher for a future tour as a gesture of goodwill.

Your Responsibilities

  • Please be ready at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Delays beyond 15 minutes on the client’s side may result in tour cancellation without refund.

  • Ensure your contact details (email and phone) are correct at the time of booking so we can reach you if needed.
